We write this petition to request the SAB-medical aid scheme to remove Credit3sixty as our medical aid. Employees on Comprehensive and Essential services are not happy with the level of service delivery from this medical aid. Employees personal details are not confidential and are leaked to scammers who claim crazy amounts of money from our medical aid using Doctors that have stopped practicing. Employees on Comprehensive are required to pay admission fees and consultation fees at hospitals before they can be assisted. Some even resort to using public clinics and public hospitals when they full pay their medical aids. Each month there are fraud cases reported to the medical aid scheme and we do not get urgent assistance. Surcharges are deducted from our salaries for claims we do not know about.We request the SAB- medical aid scheme to remove credit3sixty as our medical aid because we are not happy with the level of service delivery.
