Due to the incompetence of Ribble Valley council in not submitting a viable core strategy in the time permitted and their subsequent failure to defend any planning applications or appeals, we seek the removal of Colin Hirst Head of Regeneration and John Macholc Head of Planning Services. Their collective dereliction of duty, will lead to the destruction of local towns and villages.
