Greetings, HS community!

I'm sure that many of us has had concerns in regards to how the IRD currently operates. After carefully reviewing many parts of the department, it is clear that the department has multiple existing structural and management issues, which majorly depend on who is in charge; Cheesebot.

Some core persistent issues include:

• Lack of transparency
• Unprofessional conduct (things such as fuelling drama and acting in manipulative manners)
• Overly complex and messy documentation
• Misuse of LoA and severe inactivity issues
• Improper handling of investigations and other operations
• Bias and other corruption

If you put all of those issues together, you obviously have a department that is in a terrible state. A change of management is absolutely needed. I am hoping that this petition will bring some attention to this extremely important matter, as it is very much needed.

Noobi, if you are reading this, please take our voices into account and try to change some stuff up, for the better of High Science.
