Sub: Remonstrance w.r.t proposed increase in General Maintenance and Club Operational Charges in Group Housing Complex i.e. "ELITE HOMZ" situated at Plot No. GH-02/B, Sector-77, NOIDA

Dear Elite Management,

We the residents/owners vide this petition/ communication, would like to bring to your kind notice that we as residents/ owners have a strong objection and not in agreement with respect to your decision in relation to increase in maintenance charges and payment of club operational charges as demanded by vide your Letter (as defined in the earlier communications sent by core team duly authorized by us).

With this petition, we would like to put this increase in maintenance charges and payment of club operational charges in abeyance, till the time a broad consensus is achieved between resident representatives & Elite management after discussing all these issues at length with substantial documentation.

The contents of the present communication should be treated as a collective petition/ communication of all owners/ residents of Elite Homz.

Looking forward for your co-operation and assistance so as to achieve the designated results keeping in view the overall interests of residents/ owners!!!
