Judge Deborah Bernini, Tucson Superior Court, Tucson , AZ, need to be removed as she denys the 8th amendment of reasonable bail toa the accused. She set bail at One Quarter of a Million Dollars on the only evidence of a few large firecrackers. In comparison, many accused of Murder get bail of only $150,000.  She has lost touch with reality. She needs to go before she ruins more lives.

Judge Lex, Tucson city Court, Tucson, AZ, simply has a bad attitude. He does not listen to the defendeant's side, only the peace officer's involved. He is biased and is too sheltered from police atriocities. Perhaps he has been a judge too long? He need to be cycled out, too.
