Dear CSULB’s Nursing Department Administration and Staff,
This week we were notified that our fellow classmate, Patty Hori, may be dismissed from the program due to being unable to pass N372 lecture. We believe that Patty is among the brightest in our cohort and has the compassion that the nursing profession calls for.
We, the student body, are writing to request that our fellow classmate, Patty Hori, be granted the opportunity to promptly remediate N372 and demonstrate her level of competency, in order to continue with the rest of ELM6.
Patty is honestly one of the smartest people in the program. She always helps me study and she actually cares about her patients. Leaving her behind is a huge mistake.

Ridiculous that they would cut her so close to graduating. She is so hardworking and kind. Keep her in the program.

She deserves another shot. One test grade doesnt define how great of a nurse shes going to be. Let her remediate!
