We as the Bsc I.T level 1A students feel that our Assignment 1 for Human Computer interaction was not marked to the level of standard of the study materials and credible internet resources used to complete the assignment. The memo that was shown to us indicated that the expected answers were not consistent with the material provided within the study guide, or that which was found on the internet. Additionally, many of the answers we saw on the memo directly contradict what the questions requested us to do. Then individuals in charge of setting up the assignments, were very much vague in the format of their questions. They also answered certain questions with statements that weren't relevant to the entire question stated.

More than 70% of our class managed to achieve an average of between 70 and 85% for 3/4 of our assignment. Human computer interaction has become the only subject in which over 95% of the class scored between 40% and 60%. The affected students and their sponsors are very dissatisfied with the manner in which this class was approached by the lecturer and the outcome of the assignment marks.

In conclusion, we would like to request a formal investigation into the setting up of our assignment memos, the remarking of each students assignment and the present lecturer's overall teaching mechanisms , Mr Hank.
