I like Costco, but the proposed location in Stuart not a good fit for that area/location.

This is not Small Town Stuart where I chose to live. Lanner is my neighborhood road, not a place for humongous box stores and 4 story tenements.

Costco is fine, multiple housing units not. All these folks will place a serious burden on our county service: fire, police, ambulance, beaches, library, schools, health providers, etc.

I would love a Costco but no apartment buildings.

We need to strive to keep Martin County a special place, not paved highways lined with box stores like you see in so many other areas. That’s why we live here!

NO go north or south of Martin County. We do not need this ruining our beautiful county. Starts with one and become an eye sore.

In this age of diminishing resources and climate change this plan is walking back work against pollution habitats for animals and making yet another concrete island. Some legacy for our kids!! Greed isn’t the Only way to conduct ones life!!!

Added development traffic will severely clog an already busy area. Corner of Monterrey and Kanner is congested now. Costco and condos will make it impassible. Plenty of room West.

All that activity next to the High School??? And a liquor store? Those who approved this don’t belong in Martin county…they need to move south where it’s already been ruined.

So ridiculous that the City of Stuart commissioners are making horrible decisions that will negatively effect our community long after they are all gone. Stop.

This is unacceptable, unjustifiable, and unforgivable destruction prioritizing consumerism over conservation of our precious wetlands and river.

Please move this project west of 95 or in one of our more spacious areas. This is an already overcrowded area and we don’t need 398 apartments and this level of traffic next to our high school. The overcrowding and Martin County is getting ridiculous and there is tons of land available to the west. This could be easily Accessed by people off 95 if you will just put it in that close proximity. Please don’t overcrowd us and jump up our county anymore. These are not good land or people decisions! We would love to have a Costco and welcome you Cosco but please come out west of 95 where we are not overcrowded yet. The traffic is already insane, especially during season. Let’s spread out our community a little and keep it nice as a husband, keep going to the west. Please don’t junk up our county!
