The Recent Supreme Court decision to legalize gay marriage in all 50 states might have untold affects on the religious freedoms of Christians. How do we protect the rights of Christians to conduct their businesses in a way consistent with their faith? I propose the Religious Conscience Protection Act (RCPA).

The Proposed Law: No employee in the private or public sector shall be prosecuted for refusing to render a good or a service in a way which violates their religious conscience, provided that said employee does not promote violence against a federally protected group of people.

Passing this law would help to create an America of real tolerance where a Christian baker is not sued or fined for adhering to his religious conscience
in refusing to furnish a gay wedding. If tolerance is the goal , then the Christian demands it as well.
