On the 15th of May, 2013, Chris Hadfield returned to Earth from the International Space Station. When he returned to Earth, the astronaut was shocked to find his Rogers phone bill to be about 1.37 million dollars! I made this petition as a plea to relieve Chris' phone bill. Mr. Hadfield is an extraordinary man, he is the only astronaut to truly utilize the power of social media. Chris Hadfield frequently uploaded videos of his life in space on Youtube and many of them went viral (Tears Don't Fall (In Space)). It is a tragedy to allow Mr. Hadfield pay 1.37 million dollars for making space more interesting than it already is, and giving us all an insight of life on the ISS.
