Due to the Corona Virus and financial strains upon folks, there should be a relief plan that allows people who have signed a lease for the upcoming year to have an option to opt out of it. This is apparent, especially for college students and low-income folks that can no longer afford that lease that they believed they could. In essence, on a national level, we should work to provide assistance for this demographic, not more financial strain on a people.
