Pleas do the right thing for your customers!

I am VERY HAPPY with my Recoil equipment. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the fact that I spent a lot of money only to find stores weeks later selling sets for half and then less than half of what I paid. I am unhappy with not getting an updated app in months. I vote that you release the technical stuff on the software so that my system does not end up in a garage sale this time next year!!!!!!!! I also question your business ethics.

I am very unhappy on how Skyrocket has treated its Recoil community. No software updates, poor tech support and then selling off the stuff for rock-bottom prices. I am probably going to contact my state's consumer protection agency. Skyrocket - release your specifications so that nerds can embrace it and make it all better. You guys suck. Your business ethics suck.

bought recoil for my son and found it was not compatible with his huawei android 7 nougat phone. BT 4.0, Octa-core, 4GB RAM, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/a. this is a good android phone, but recoil does not like. i got no help from skyrocket support and was told to use a samsung. if recoil is not good at developing based on android os requirements and defining a minimum hardware specification then release your code so others can fix it. i believe they have a partnership with samsung and apple.

Consumers who have made the financial investment should be expected to be provided with customer support for these items and if not then, the company should relinquish all code and open source it.

I am so glad I found this petition! I agree with every point listed here. Brilliant. Skyrocket you are screwing with your customers. I purchased 7 Recoil rifles and four of the starter sets with the pistols in January. Android and Apple apps work hit or miss. I also have two of my hubs crap out. One of the starter sets did not include those orange clip on sensor things. I am beyond pist with you all. My kids (four sons) want drones for their birthdays and I can tell you this, my wife and I will not be buying your Skyvipers or whatever you call them. Let the community of super nerds around the world work on and release apps and software that works and make it so that it works on a commercial WiFi hub. Your hub sucks.

The more helpful information released, the better. Let the user community sell your hardware!

Heard rumors about this at work. David going after Goliath! I am very familiar with Recoil, Skyrockets and their product lines. If I could say more I would. I am telling you to keep pressing. Something will happen!!

I feel completely sick about Skyrocket and how they have managed Recoil. Our 2017 Christmas tree had many of Skyrocket's products under it. This include a MEBO 2.0, two Skyviper drones and three Recoil starter sets. The day after New Years we went out and purchased six Frag Grenades. We loved the system and it influenced us to upgrade our kids cell phones. Then, there was this huge sucking sound that came out from the direction of California. No new application updates. App releases full of bugs. WiFi hub disconnects. Thank God for SimpleCoil because we felt that Skyrocket had abbandoned us within four months of purchasing the Recoil system. My husband tells everyone that he has met more honest layers and used car salesmen than he has when dealing with the folks at Skyrocket. SKYROCKET - DO THE RIGHT THING! LET OTHERS SUPPORT THIS SYSTEM AND EARN BACK OUR TRUST!

I would definitely like to see this kept alive.
