Lyons, Jr., (TDCJ # 01331078), by the state of Texas and hereby sign this petition accordingly. Mr. Freddy Lee Lyons, Jr. is a wonderful human being. He is a son, a brother, and a father. He is a leader. Mr. Lyons is intelligent, kind-hearted, giving, and honest. We, The Undersigned, see no reason why his incarceration should continue past his next parole review date. Mr. Lyons acknowledges his wrongdoings and is sincerely remorseful for his actions. He has spent the past two years incarcerated, and is currently housed in the Polunsky Unit. He has accomplished a great deal during his time of incarceration, and has done so within the confines of the rules and regulations of the state of Texas. Mr. Lyons has a strong and supportive network of friends and family; a home to go to if he were to be released from custody; and several employment options. He is not a threat to himself or to society, and wishes only to be afforded an opportunity to leave the mistakes of his past behind in an effort to resume a life of liberty.
