This petition is aimed at Microsoft. Gamertags, just like website domains, should expire! We spend so much on xbox and there are many gamertags people haven't paid to renew their membership, why should they keep a tag they won't maintain.
Microsoft, please change this setting! If someone doesn't maintain their membership, rename that account to something new if someone with a membership tries to register that gamertag!
