I'd also petition Judge Gorcyca to lose position and be disbarred and no longer be allowed to sit on the bench. She has violated impartiality by her comments and shown incompetence.

It is obvious the father does not care about the well being of these children, or he would have never let this happen. There's no way the judge isn't sleeping with the man.

What is this country coming to? A court now can tell you how you will raise your kids? That they must do certain things, or they will be locked up? OMG!! Get these kids home!!!

That judge is a disgrace to the entire judicial system! She exhibits all that is unjust in our legal system! She deserves to be removed from the bench and disbarred.

Let this judge live with this man for no less than the length of time his oldest child did. Then and ONLY then can SHE tell that child what kind of a man he is.

The comments made by Judge Gorcyca were irrational & show how extremely unstable she is. Theses children now may face psychological issues, and will now have a juvenile record. There were many different avenues she could have taken before sending them to Children's Village. These children need to be removed from Children's Village & reunited with their mother. Also, there should be a full on investigation on Judge Gorcyca. She is a danger to Oakland County.

These children did nothing wrong and have the right to not be around or visit with anyone including their father especially if they feel endangered in any way! Release the children!!!
