Heartbreaking to see these innocent children victimized by the court that should be protecting them.

This judge needs to be removed, any one who uses innocent children to abuse their power to prove a point doesn't need to be on the bench.

This is a disgusting abuse of power.

Those kids don't belong there

These are children that do not deserve to be in such a place till they're 18! They haven't committed a crime that would warrant such action! This is ridiculous! This judge need to be removed immediately, she has failed these children! This was not the way to handle this situation.

I believe this was a truly a Misuse of power. She needs to be disciplined, and barred from handling children's cases. She is on a power trip and playing God and messing up the lives of these children. If they don't want to see their dad they have their reasons, and at least hear them out. Suggest counseling but to remove the children who were in a safe home is not justice it is unlawful and child abuse and she should be charged as such. She has clearly abused her power in her position and should be removed from the bench.

This is unconscionable and the judge should be removed and charged with child abuse.

Why is there no child mediator involved or counseling to get to the root of the problem and find out if there has been violent behavior. The counselor could find this out. You can't tell a kid that his dad is a great man when he sees that man strike his mother.

The family dynamics here are not the point. This judge clearly has overstepped any appropriate boundaries in deciding matters of custody or appropriate care of these children. Her decision is an outrage regardless of any other facts in the case.

The fact that the father is allowing his children to rot in Children's Village shows he cares nothing for those children. The judge way overstepped her bounds and is violating the children's rights. She needs to be disbarred and removed from the bench.

Regardless of the parent's feelings and who is the blame for the reason of the children not wanting to visit their parents, punishing the children is ABSOLUTELY NOT the way you go about things. Child custody and visitation is about what is in the best interest of the children; not the parents. These children clearly know what they want and should have their wishes respected, not be forced away from the lives that they are already happy with nor should they be forced to do something they do not wish to. Abuse is clearly happening from the justice system and the father if he is allowing this to happen!

Traumatizing and abuse of kids by the judge is not acceptable. Punish the judge for her actions.

Let these kids go. They don't want to see dad because he is an abuser. talk to a DV expert. Judge....resign now....your eventual tossing will be celebrated.

This is a story of the worse child abuse done by a judge that I have heard of. The judge needs to be disbarred for abuse of power. The father proves his lack of love and responsibility by leaving the inthe facility. My heart goes out to those poor children.

This judge needs to be removed and children returned to mother.

This is outrageous....these children have suffered thru a divorce, they should not be taken away from their mother. If this judge thinks this is justice, she should be removed from the bench.
