Alabama should not be above the law, and get away with ATTEMPTED MURDER. WE ALL NEED TO STAND UP TOGETHER, AS OUR RIGHTS FOR BEING A AMERICAN CITIZEN. COP'S THAT SHOOT TO KILL AN UNARMED CIVILIAN. THE LAWS NEED TO BE CHANGED TO PROTECT US CITIZENS, NOT THE ONE FIRING A GUN AT A UNARMED U.S. AIR MAN.

There is no reason for the police not to release this video. They are in violation of the "Feedom of information act request" laws. Please post and send e-mails.

Michael is I very good friend of mine, I have known him for seven years and would never think Michael would do anything to deserve such a tragedy. He is very dear to many peoples hearts, and his love for each is unique.

My daughter was at Tech School with Michael, They both "Serve Our Country" the same country that this officer works, lives & breathes in, For this officer & department in which the Police Chief has the authority to release this video to Michael, that in all accounts is rightfully & lawfully his, once that officer shot that boy it turned into Michael's Case...if you have a heart at all officer & police chief you will do what you would want done for one of your own kids~~~oh & FYI you should know that when my daughter Airman Maggie Birkestrand heard you shot Michael she was crying because Michael is her friend & did not deserve what you did to him-fight the fight Michael, we are here for you! Love from an Air Force Mom In Iowa
