I hope he gets home soon! No one understands except people who own dogs how comforting they truly are and how the become so much like one of your children. Prayers!!

Rags is one of the sweetest dogs we’ve ever owned & he was a rescue baby! Please help us show him some love, so we can get him back home where he belongs. This was an accident that never should’ve happened & if they euthanize him, I will have to live with this guilt for the rest of my life because I didn’t see him because he snuck out on my left side & I literally didn’t see him because of my vision issues from my stroke.

I know the family and am sorry that this isolated incident happened and injuries were inflicted .. please be open to hearing the request to permit Rags to be returned to his family conditionally as requested by the owner

The sweetest dog! He would never hurt anybody, he can show you and you can see it yourself. This poor baby does not deserve being impounded. He deserves to be with his mom at home safe and sound. LET HIM GO.

The incident sure sounds like it's a one time thing that will not be repeated. Clearly there are plans in place that will prevent a recurrence of anything like that happening again.
