I am knowingly signing this petition so that my signature can be used as an exhibit in that case of Robert Washington vs. The people to bring to the Court's attention that as a member of the community it shocked my mind to know that Mr.Washington is serving a 50-year sentence which violates his Bill of Rights of the Illinois constitution of 1970 which is States and act accordingly the seriousness of the crime
