This veteran deserves to be hospitalized for evaluation for possible PTSD or other personalitly-changing illnesses. This appears to be an example of how the VA has failed one of our veterans. Let's pray they fix it!

Mental patients do not belong in jail. He needs medical attention. I have fought this battle for years.
And also a person with mental health issues should never have access to a gun. I wish it was as easy to get medical help as it is to get a gun.

This man fought for our country, dedicated his life to protecting millions of strangers- the men and women that internalize the training alone are changed drastically forever, he deserves treatment, rehabilitation, and his life back- not prison.

Give this man the help he needs and allow him to be a wonderful man, husband, and father. Help save his life by doing what is right by sending him to a rehab.

My brother has had 2 mental breakdowns after his desert storm days as a Marine, VA would not help with any care and now he is off all meds and is a ticking time bomb he says he is fine. I will pray for your situation.

Unfortunate situation. The man asked for help. Certainly not the first time our VA has failed those they serve. Clearly he has a loving and supportive family. His boys need their Daddy. He needs help not prison

Please allowed or Veterans to get the medical help they deserve. I've seen murders only sentenced 2 or 3 years and Arron has already served 2 years in jail without a trial! The is shameless on the part of a police force, a police force that I've always admired! Please help out Vets!

Another veteran failed by the very country they serve. I will be thinking of your husband & your family & sharing with everyone I can. We are a USAF family right here at Eglin, and while not surprising, it's certainly heartbreaking to hear of this happening here & so many other places. ❤
