Hello Everyone, Thank you for taking the time to write up this petition. I just wanted to inform you that we will not be removing Lucas Knox from our management team, or the current position he is filling. We stand behind our staff and their decisions. I have reviewed your complaints above and sadly find them to be false. Mr. Knox has every right terminate people's contracts with us if he feels there is a risk, or any incompetence to perform the task. Furthermore, if you refer to your contract, you will see quite clearly that the network, Freedom, can at any time dissolve the agreement if necessary. I have had many bad experiences with Lucas and I feel he has no idea what he's doing and if he does it is unprofessional

I think both professionally and personally, he should be released from the network. He is bad at his job and is very childish childish and immature. He is not professional nor is he suitable for the job he is doing.

What right does freedom have to keep him? They advertise no lock in contracts.

Lucas makes unqualified decisions (remove networks without notice or reason). Lucas belittles all the networks. Lucas set a policy in which we weren't informed of and then unjustifiable gave my network a strike. (George wasn't informed of it either. The 3 Strikes for the networks.)

I've worked with a sub-network that was with Freedom Network. The CEO told me that I could relaunch, and Lucas would not let me. He has said the same thing to multiple people and is not professional.

He let EGC go from Freedom Network when not given permission. It was not fair to EGC
