I never liked the ring movies, but I've been hooked on Friday 13 since 1980. Only 7 years old but it was love at first sight.
Rings failed because it garnered absolutely no interest. its time passed over a decade ago. Friday the 13th, however, is a long cherished and beloved franchise which has had successful recent installments.
We need another jason movie not Halloween well kinda both would be a twist if combined

Friday the 13th needs to happen!!! Jason, Freddy and Michael are all great bad guys and will go see and buy any of their movies launched.

I've wanted a new film since 2009. It sounded really cool that they wanted to go back and re-visit Jason. I am a major fan of this franchise and was looking forward to seeing it. Fans have waited patiently for years for a new film and Jason's grand return to the big-screen. Hopefully the people at Paramount will see fans reasons why they want this film.
