it seems completely irrational to spend literally thousands of pounds keeping someone who is no threat to anyone locked up and to make her ill by not giving her the nutritious food to which she is entitled. Why is the home office burning our money like this? Who are they 'protecting'? Dianne is a respected member of a community with huge community support, the decision to treat her in this way seems to have no purpose whatsoever and to be deliberately vindictive
