In 1993, Warner Bros. Animation theatrically released 'Batman: Mask of the Phantasm. While critically acclaimed, upon its release, the film was not financially successful at the box office, the film has gone on to attain cult status, many citing it as one of the best adaptations of the Batman legacy.
Over the last 21 years the film has grown in popularity thanks to VHS and DVD, and it has been confirmed WB still has no plans to release the film on blu-ray despite the fact that they're still releasing merchandise for the film

The fans of the film are desperately wanting a release of this film on blu-ray and not just a 'bare bones' release with a trailer and transfer from the DVD but a full re-master of the film, director/actor commentary and any other additional content the studio may be able to provide for lovers of the film.
Upon reaching its target, this petition will be sent to those at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment to show that there is an audience for this release who're willing to purchase the blu-ray.
