The Model S is in no way an unsafe car. I have more trust in Tesla than any other company that I am invested in. I know that Elon and his team have control and high quality. I would never get rid of my car because there were 3 freak incidents with fire.

I’m fully in agreement that the Tesla Model S is a safe car, especially with news early in 2014 that Tesla Motors is offering free modifications to increase safety. There are about 200,000 gasoline car fires in the U.S. alone each year, versus a total of approximately 5 fires within the last several years involving plug-in vehicles such as the Tesla Model S, out of hundreds of thousands of plug-in cars. This lawsuit should be dismissed.

German and USAauthorities have stated that the car is safe and has no inherent flaws.. There is no class to act in this matter.

I have been a shareholder since the IPO and I think this lawsuit is a frivolous waste of shareholder money from plaintiffs hoping to make a quick dollar.
