In light of the many issues facing and being dealt with by the Manchester Public School system, a unilateral decision to 1) Increase pay and personal days 2) Extend length of Contracts for Administration from One to Two years and the continued Non compliance of the Residency requirement, We, the Parents and Taxpayers of Manchester, systematically reject the Current Proposed Contract for the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent.
