We, the undersigned, oppose the nomination of Elena Kagan to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ms. Kagan has admitted she is not a constitutionalist, but instead has a record of liberal activism, supporting the banning of military recruiters from college campuses, has shown antipathy towards the 2nd Amendment rights of Americans, and unconstitional views of an overly-powerful federal government which infringes upon the freedoms and liberties of the American people.
We, the undersigned, call on the U.S. Senate to reject her nomination to the United States Supreme Court.

ive been reading through the reasons you guys are signing and it is clear people are really worried about the direction of the court. im spending my time sending these concerns over to senate offices so they know exactly what we think about this nomination.

we are climbing fast but we need a big final push to hit that 10,000 mark before we send this to the senate. lets keep the pressure up so they see how many people dont want someone with her record on the bench.

So tired of these extremist choices being pushed on us. Senate needs to do their job and vote NO.
Not a constitutionalist. That says everything you need to know right there. Reject her!!
Keep our constitution safe from her liberal activist agenda. We need judges who interpret the law not invent it.
The military recruiting thing was the last straw for me. She does not represent American values.
Absolutely not. She is completely unqualified for the highest court in the land.
