As residents of Madison, we respectfully request that the Jets heliport petition be denied. The Jets heliport will place an unnecessary burden on the town and residents of Madison with additional air and noise pollution without any added benefit. Given the proximity of the Morristown heliport, such burdens on Madison residents is unwarranted.

This is a residential area which includes a high school. There is an airport 5 minutes away that can be used. There is no need for a heliport for a football team.

There is no need for this since there is an airport less then 1 mile away. Do not ruin our small town.

There is a full functional airport with helipad approximately 1 mile away. There is absolutely nothing so urgent for this official to handle that he cannot drive or be driven to Morristown MMA airport to board his helicopter. We are quite certain that if this helistop is allowed, it would be used for everything BUT official US government business. This helistop is for the personal convenience and ego of a rich man, at what would be the detriment to those living in the neighborhood.

A heliport will untowardly affect the quality of my life as a resident of The Madison Common (home owner, 116 Hempstead Ct, Madison). The noise pollution from the construction on the Jets : The Green", and nearby Morristown Airport, is already intrusive and onerous. The potential impact on the wildlife which is present on the protected wetlands over which the air traffic would fly is too high to pay. The possible health and safety hazard on the Madison Sports Complex, and The Madison High School, where our children learn and play is too great to countenance. Furthermore, there is no justifiable need for a "Jets " heliport when less than 1 miles away, and less than 5 minutes away by limo or car, is the Morristown Airport, which already has helicopter landings. As a homeowner in the direct path, of the air traffic associated with an additional heliport, I strongly object to the to the construction of an additional heliport. Please reject this petition.

NJ needs less development and more open space for people and animals. Instead of a vanity project helliport how about a nature area for jets fans and locals to rest and enjoy nature.

The increase in air and road traffic from this complex is already a problem. Morristown Airport is only 1 mile from the property, therefore I reject the claim that this is necessary.

I adamantly oppose this unnecessary facility. Several LARGE buildings have sprouted in the neighborhood within the last three years, already creating additional noise, traffic, and pollution.

12 Beech Ave We are adamantly opposed to this helipad. We are already suffering from increased road and air traffic noise. Use the airport just down the street!
