The impact on our schools by the recent housing developments and this new development is now unsustainable. We CANNOT offer a quality education in Los Gatos without adding another school. Unless a school site is designated in the N40 I strongly believe the plan should be rejected.

The builders need to build the school(s), not just set aside the land. Are we just assuming that if you are 55years old + you will not have children in the schools? What type of retail/restaurants will this area provide that won't hurt downtown merchants?

The plan seems to maximize the benefit for the landowners (which I would support) and developers (no reason to support) over the current residents of the town. The burdens this plan places on the town far outweigh the mostly non-existent benefits to the town.
