No to Scott Pruitt!!

The EPA secretary must be dedicated to protecting the environment and the planet.

His appointment only delays the inevitable and causes harm to many people around the world.

How many more Flints will this guy give us?

After signing petition, let's organize to point of not stopping, to make sure he is not confirmed. This man is dangerous and will destabilize EPA to point it will be a useless agency and all present and future govt intervention ceases.

I and my children and grandchildren do not want to breathe in soot and eat fish with mercury in them. A clean, healthy environment is good for people and business in the long term.

this is such a ludicrous choice for EPA- their worst enemy. very ominous. Just another example of big business serving its own interest at the expense of everyone else. shameful We all know climate change is real this is not a matter of opinion the USA has always moved forwards- this feels like big step backwards and the ultimate in self serving, big money interest This madness must be stopped starting with prudent choices for cabinet- not anti-science. Maybe some ne with a PhD in climate related science?

Centuries ago Galileo proclaimed the earth was round. He was roundly ridiculed by those that could not accept such a thing... Today some amongst us who cannot accept human intervention is causing our planet's temperature to rise. Scott Pruitt leads the pack of denyers. We must stand against those who deny the obvious and stand for the truth. Reject Pruitt as Head of the EPA.

The nomination of Scott Pruitt to head EPA, among other cabinet post nominations, is especially liable for his rejection of massive scientific evidence about climate change. Such unwillingness to acknowledge factual information crucial to the health of our planet as well as the well being of the US and its economy is totally unacceptable.

Please, we have to consider future generations.

He is truly the worst possible choice.

Please do not appoint the "fox in the hen house" the chief protector of the lands and water and air of our great country. Remember the other side of the story and the people of this country who support it.

Pruitt's record is at stark odds with the mission of the EPA. He is not a qualified nominee.

We need someone who believes in actual science, not propaganda, running the EPA!
