A new parking garage in a residential area that is already thriving is a total waste of taxpayer dollars and should be spent to improve the neighborhoods between 41 and GF

I firmly oppose the proposed parking garage and request the city council to increase communication with the city residents before considering such proposals on the future

I oppose the purchase and building of a parking garage at 4th and 4th. This is a residential neighborhood and no more parking garages should be built.

I am firmly against the proposal to put a parking garage at fourth Street and 4th Ave., South. I can't believe the City Council would do such a thing to nearby residential neighbors. What are you people thanking down there?!!

Save our neighborhood. Do not increase density.

No! No construction on this property other than residential. There is not sufficient land now in Old Naples to throw up another garage to serve the restaurants.

Put the taxpayers money where it is needed; not on 4th Street where we want to maintain the small town feel and look of Old Naples.

I have lived in Naples my entire life and the leadership are ruining our town. It is sad that once again big money is winning out.

It is hard to imagine a less suitable site for a parking garage than that currently under consideration, nor a less devious timetable for its implementation.

Not appropriate development in a residential area.

Old Naples (5th Ave area) needs another parking lot like you need a hole in your head. Old Naples has been destroyed by the insane amount of growth on 5th Ave. over the years. What was once a beautiful sleepy beach town is now a complete hot mess. Enough is enough! My family has been a part of this community since the late 60's and it disgusts me to see what has become of this area. More over, if you put the means in place to allow hundres of people to have access to the beach entrance on 4th it will destroy that section of beach. That area can not support that kind of influx. No bathrooms and the garbage will all end up in the ocean. That area can NOT support this amount of people! The traffic alone will be a major safety hazard and it will lower our real estate value by its ugly appearance.

This purchase would be to the detriment of all residents of Naples and probably against the wishes of the majority of voters.

I do not support the purchase or the development of the 4th street property that is adjacent to my home for the purpose of creating a new parking garage.

This is not appropriate use of the CRA funds. The Fifth Avenue area is hardly an area of real need. Also "Very Tacky" to bring it up in summer! Vote NO.

The additional crowding and continuous building is destroying the character of Naples that naturally draws the people to the city and the area in general.

The beauty of Naples is its small town feel. A giant parking garage feels empty and vacant even when occupied. Somehow it just feels wrong. Let's do something else with that money,
