Residential zoning exists for a reason. If commercial interests can cause the city to ignore this sensible protection for any residential neighborhood, nobody is safe.

I oppose putting a garage at this location as it would help destroy the charm that makes Old Naples such a draw to area.

We bought because we fell in love with olde naples and in particular all the quirky shops and cafes on 5th Avenue.
Please don't change olde naples....protect it and preserve it....many thanks.

It has always been my impression that businesses could only build and add shops and stores IF there was adequate parking to accommodate the patrons. I find this whole idea of leasing/buying into public parking structures to bypass this is totally wrong. City council needs to stop allowing developers to pad their pockets on the backs of local residents. They all have dollar signs in their eyes!!!

I am against this project to be built in a residential neighborhood! You are slowly but surely ruining the ambience of Naples and the very reason people like to come here. It is being overdeveloped and overbuilt....there are hardly anymore seashells to be found and
the water quality is declining!
Jet skis are still operating at top speed in Hurricane Bay .....we feel it is time to slow things down a bit all around!
