We strongly oppose the public garage project and ask that you uphold and maintain the integrity of Old Naples.

It will only foster more development on 5th ave. More traffic, more clutter more noise

The Old Naples area should remain as is. No additional parking is needed in this area. Residents walk where they want to go!

Please stop wasting our money subsidizing multi millionaire and billionaire fifth Avenue real estate moguls. We need to maintain a reasonable balance of development along with Avenue South. We do not need to subsidize a billionaire developer who will still control 138 spaces in any new parking Toronto. Let him figure out what to do with his property that is already encumbered by his parking easement by himself.

We do not need to subsidize rich multi millionaire Fifth Avenue businessman through taxpayer funded parking. We also do not need to enrich a millionaire real estate developer for a substandard piece of property that he will easily find another use for. You should instead focus your time, effort and money on doing what you were elected to do and that is to enrich the quality of life for Naples residence and improve the traffic flow throughout the city.

I am not interested in destroying our beautiful residential neighborhood to make a billionaire happy and richer.

Fifth Ave is crowded enough. This will only intensify traffic in this area.

Please do not let this garage happen. My family has resided in Naples since 1922. Don't add another insult to Naples.

Complete waste of money and too much commercialization. Leave all the commercialization on the East coast! If new commercial buildings want additional parking have them put it under their buildings where no one can see it.

Do not build the garage in the 4th and 4th location. It should be closer to 41 and Central.

Naples Council worked very diligently to gentrify 5th Ave, and cast a beautiful thoughtful vision with strict restrictions on height and density. It has worked very well. Candidly, 4th and 4th is the most illogical location to park. Any parking issues should be resolved by providing a 10th Street option, if at all. This garage idea serves a limited audience for a limited slice in time; invest in a shuttle service. Plus, the advent of 'parking your car' may be gone like the horse and carriage within ten years, and parking garages cannot be re-purposed. No garage.

Don't build garage; Naples is too crowded in winter season already.

Over development with too many high rises...more than two stories.

WAY too residential and WAY too expensive, with way to much benefit to developer. Are you kidding us?!
