Derry City Council propose to site a camping and caravan park on St Columbs Road, Derry/Londonderry.  There has been no consultation by the council regarding how the local community will feel about this.  We, the Limavady Road Residents Group, are totally against this proposal as it will have a detrimental visual impact on the area, will increase noise, worsen the already bad traffic management problem and will be detrimental to users of St Columbs Park, including wildlife. The park is designated an Area of Townscape Character, something it would quickly lose if this proposal succeeds. Please have your voice heard.
