The proposed 20+? story building in the center of Tsawwasen is a terrible idea. 56th is too narrow and there at least 20 other good reasons to reject this plan.

Absolutely no 20 story high rise buildings in Tsawwassen Town Center.
It would destroy the character of Tsawwassen. No more than 10 stories

I stand behind this petition wholeheartedly and request that the mayor and council give this proposal much more honest thought, discussion and consideration and openly include all stakeholders.

You never listen , no body wants 6 storey, why do you want to wreck our little town, people should live in Vancouver if they want this swanky atmosphere - we are just a little farming area, why won’t you listen? Come clean with this- stop hiding - there are a few reasons why

6 stories make a warm community. High rises are cold and ugly. Attractive neighborhoods are important, not just individual buildings as isolated entities.

I fully object to the OCP approved by the Tsawwassen Mayor and Town Council. We do not need Towers downtown. Ironically, this development will essentially destroy our downtown. The people Tsawwassen do not want this development, period.

Object to the proposed OCP. The plan does not make housing more affordable - increased housing does not = less cost. Public transit can't handle the increase and vehicle traffic including parking is unable to handle the current population. 4 to 5 vehicles are common in driveways on Arthur. Sidewalks are too narrow for carriages, bikes, walkers.

My Daughter and I moved here from Richmond in November 2020 to get away from this. We need to work together to come up wit a plan to not destroy the beauty and safety of future generations. We need to leave a Legacy we can all be proud of.

This is being rushed through without adequate time for residents to give their thoughtful feedback. I am a proud 50 year resident of Ladner. I cherish the small businesses, shop at many of them regularly and hope that the village atmosphere will be maintained. It is a big part of why I live here.
