Tsawwassen requires gentle densification in the Urban Centre to match limitations. Tsawwassen will achieve significant densification with new land use designations without irresponsible development that has zero community support.

Needlessly rushed! Why not take another month to get better broader results. Very concerned final decisions have been already made even before Public Hearing and we are taking part in a sham democracy and shell game.

Very concerned that all the stats and graphs have serious errors. With such a low engagement rate of approx 3.2% of individual resident voters or 5.9% of households, how can any of this research be relied on? The Engagement process needs to be further broadened to reach out to the community at face-to-face large gathering events such as the May Days Festival, Ladner Public Mkt, etc. to get a more accurate reliable OCP.

The priceless values of Delta must be carefully protected first: environment, heritage and farmland. It is an insult to put 800 pages before the public and expect meaningful engagement in such a rushed process.
