Point number 7 should read from October to June as the rainy unpredictable season...you have it backwards.

With the exception of Guichon, this entire bunch of charlatans has to go. Not one of them understand what Ladner is and what it means to the people. I have never been this angry with elected officials - who are supposed to be representing, not fighting with, the people. Their “revitalization” plan will destroy our village.

A hotel will change the quiet village atmosphere for ever and where will everyone park?

When so many people are struggling with finding affordable housing the thought of a hotel is ludicrous!!

This as well as the 6 story apartment in the village should never go ahead.

A hotel in what used to be a close knit community minded village would only serves the developers who only care to make money. Our infrastructure would never support this Tsawwassen already has a hotel; Ladner does not need one

I was just in Ladner Village this afternoon and there is no parking to be had as it is! Delta Council, give your heads a shake….what about us locals who love those businesses and why was this area purchased so secretly? Something smells fishy, and it’s not the waterfront

Won't be "Ladner VILLAGE" any more.

Shame on Council! Another Steveston coming to our village. I and many others left Richmond to move here because of the small town feeling and now Council wants to take that away. There’s no point in having public meetings any more as Council has already decided the outcome of projects beforehand.

It is so disheartening that this council would evict such important and viable Ladner businesses. There are so many empty spaces and dilapidated buildings that they could have considered instead. Please don’t ruin our charming town and all of the businesses we love and support.
