Please reject this application. Our community has suffered enough in terms of property value. It is very peaceful and I would like for it to remain that way. Surely there is land along Camp Creek or Riverside commercially zoned to accommodate this facility.

We move here in 2004 for the quiet environment , but 11 yrs. later, home value underwater, you now want us to be enclosed by Inous trial Complex which further assures that home values are doomed to not recover. Please don' t do this to us!

This would ruin our environment and decrease the value of our homes.

Certainly there has to be other locations for this warehouse not so close to residents and community school. The traffic will be unbearable entering and leaving the subdivision.

I urge the Douglas County Board of Commissioners to reject the application submitted by DCT Industrial to build four industrial warehouse or distribution facilities near the Sweetwater Community where I currently own property and raise my children.

We do not need warehouses in this area. Theye are several off Thornton Rd that are vacant. This is a residential area and we want to keep it residential.

I specifically purchased this home because it backed up against the woods. Now you want to build commercial property adjacent to my property. This area has too much traffic especially trucks with all the warehouses located on Blairs bridge. Traffic is backed up every workday morning and evening from Bob Arnold to Blairs Bridged trying to get on Thornton to 20. It's too conjested

Re-zoning residential area to an industrial is wrong! 1st, all residential neighborhoods should be consulted, 2nd, the area does not allow for traffic increase without affecting more the already difficult access, in and out, off the communities; 3rd, properties will immediately lose value for what is explained in the Reject request. I leave in Sweetwater community.

Seriously, with all of the available land in the area, do you have to build right next to this residential community?
