It's already a hassle during rush hour getting on/off Thorton Rd!!! Clearly we do not need any additional commercial vehicles!!!

You're ruining this beautiful area. Please stop & think about the future

Traffic congestion is already an issue on Thornton Rd. Accidents have increased in number and in severity over the past couple of years. Adding this type of venture jeopardizes our physical and fiscal health.

It will kill our home values and the cost of a light at Thornton and Bob Arnold . We never intended to live in and Industrial Park!

I am a war veteran, and the increased traffic and noise level would have a negative impact on my comfort and health.

Please reject this petition. Traffic impacts will be adverse.

This is not the type of business we want in our neighborhood. Traffic generated will cause major back ups on Bob Arnold for vehicles trying to access Thornton Rd.

My brother in law is a war vet, he has PTSD. They moved to Sweetwater because it was peaceful. If approve this rezoning it will have major consequences to his health. Take your trucks elsewhere! Not fair!

I oppose the rezoning.

I strongly object to the re-zoning of this property right in our back yards. The building of these warehousess will have a tremendous negative effect on our environmental health. The trucks will bring noise pollution and exhaust (air) pollution to all residents whose homes are immediately back-up to the propsed property site. The increased truck traffic on Bob Arnold Dr. will render the residents of the Sweetwater Neighborhood literally trapped prisioners in long waiting lines up the parkway on Preston Blvd. trying to get out due to the fact there is only one way in and out of the sub-division. PLEASE do not approve the re-zoning.

Strongly reject proposal, please go to another area to build your warehouses. Our property value has decreased enough over the last 5 years. In addition, this area doesn't need the extra traffic and noise.

This is a terrible idea! I have friends that live here and this would negatively affect their neighborhood. Not fair.

Don't rezone or build this industrial complex in our neighborhood.

There are already many warehouses on Riverside Parkway, most with a lot of empty space. Use those. Don't encroach on the communities already here.

Enough with the commercial development close to residential areas.
