Skill bouts are important in the development of a boxer any age in my opinion even if you lowered the max to 4 bouts.

Have the youth of today not lost a lot of what used to be- youth clubs etc don’t take this too.

i could write for ages, but all I’ll say is those who come out best take every opportunity they can to be ready for a bout, and skills bouts is so important to that

I think children should beable to build there confidence up before having a bout fight . The skills was a fair way for the children to build there confidence up and to enjoy the sport .

I find this rule change a joke and we will lose kids from the sport over 16 no skills I agree with however 13 years old some kids develop quicker than others kids will get hurt and deterred from the sport.
