We use booking.com and certainly support reinstatement here. It was obviously a genuine oversight - you do not sabotage your own business by risking your major booking sources retribution.

I have been to Eco Stay Bali and spent time with the owners. They are doing a tremendous job in providing a conscious & educational space, contributing to our environment, people's wellness, and local economy. One of the best places in Bali, for sure. Run with the right values and integrity.
