Divorce must be legalized in the Philippines. This will resolve problems with abusive marital relationship, will stop traumatic suffering of children and will promote better and satisfying legal second chance. Annulment is so pricey that ordinary people can't afford, hence, they just opt to have live in partners. Many married couple are separated with their legal spouses and living happily with their new family. The Philippines should legalized divorce and make it free.
