Yes to divorce honor the feelings of those who been cheated that can't be no longer with their partner coz the love isn't there anymore and the trust is gone. And also those not happy with their marriage s anymore because both partner are fall apart but cannot afford the annulment. Coz annulment are for those who are rich.

Read Matthew 19:9 and you will know divorce is not prohibited at all in the Bible. Remarrying, if the reason for divorce is not sexual immorality, is the act that commits adultery. Divorce is not adultery.

Please reinstitute divorce in the Philippines.
Yes to NO-FAULT divorce.
Sobrang nadedepress na po ako sa sitwasyon ko ngayon. Ayaw na pong ayusin ng asawa ko ang pamilya namin. May isa po kaming anak na 5 years old. Almost 5 years ago nambabae po siya pero naghiwalay na daw po sila. At kahit naghiwalay na po sila, ayaw na pong ayusin ng asawa ko ang pamilya namin. Hindi naman po ako sumuko kaagad sa kanya. Pero ilang beses na din po niyang sinabi sa akin na huwag ko na daw aasahan na babalik pa siya. Inilayo na po niya ang sarili niya sa aming mag-ina niya. Iyong anak namin, nahuhuli ko po na nakatulala kasi daw po iniisip niya papa niya at bakit daw hindi na umuuwi ang papa niya. Wala po akong kakayahan na magpaannul. Para saan po na married pa kami ng asawa ko kung ayaw na po niyang buuin ulit ang pamilya namin?
