For the love of the people and your God above pass this free people from unwanted married. One should not have to be stuck with someone that abuse uses them or should have to stay married to a person that they married as a youngster just to help their family.

Amidst of pandemic, the number of divorce advocates and supporters have been widely increasing in numbers due to obnoxious reported cases of violence and abuse against women and children. One example is local news reported in Cagayan de Oro City, allegedly the mother committed suicide due to unbearable abused and violence done by her husband. It's upsetting to know that the increasing sentiments in our society to enact Divorce in the Philippines seems elusive and depravity to our right to life free from abuse and violence. Since majority of us cannot afford annulment due to high pricing of fees which rich people can only afford. I always do believe our law is unbiased and prejudicial to the best interest of the public. I also believe one of your duties and functions you have sworn to the people of the Republic of the Philippines is to uphold and protect the best interest of the public over your personal beliefs and interest. I do hope and pray that you will support and help make Divorce Bill into law. God bless. #YesToDivorce
