Pls approve the divorce here at Phil. I been battered wife for a years and have 3 kids my x still using his single status while not even support my kids for 4 years. Since we Seperated I'm trying my best for my kids and I want to be happy again but how if I'm still married to him if i wanna buy a housing loan it can still be a conjugal property even he didn't help me any peso and now he is living in his gf he still single In His status coz when we got married he use his dad surname but when I check all of his papers he is just using his moms surname ever since he born that is so unfair.. Everyone needs to be happy pls help us single mom to have freedom coz everything we do if we still married it's always asking about husband documents and its really hard for us to grow..
