I agree this divorce everyone are deserved to get a second chances. Life it’s short everyone are deserve to be happy. I hope and I wish will be pass this divorce law in the Philippine. Because annulment it’s really expensive so many people can’t afford that annulment. I hope will be fair to everyone..
