Dear Divorce Committe, Please pass the divorce bill. I’m imprisoned with a status “ married” for 10 years. I filed annulment five years ago but the lawyer who processed it just got my 100k pesos from me and didn’t help me. In the end, the case was dismissed without me knowing it was already dismissed. Then I found a new lawyer charging me 450k pesos for annulment case. I suffered so much and lots of tears . Divorce is the only solution for fast and cheaper payment for the “mapagsamantalang lawyers “I was a victim of this lawyer who is working in the government . It’s time to tell the truth and stop it. Annulment is expensive and being a victim of a lawyer working in the Congress and accepting annulment case is unforgivable.. I hope this humble message reach the one in charge of the bill approval. Divorce bill will end their anomaly which is an open secret. Please I humbly ask for the approval of divorce bill to stop the corruption Many people who are desperately want to clear their names as “married” and I’m a victim of this lawyer. Are asking for your fair decision. And my new lawyer asked 450k just for the annulment. I have no choice to say yes for the payment deal because of 10 years waiting to just clear my name as “single “ again. My case is bigamy, the one I married is already married. It’s a simple case and some say it’s easy to do but it isn’t because I still need a lawyer to clear my name. And finding a lawyer for me is difficult because I’m working abroad. I’m concern of other people with the same situation as mine. Imagine if we are million of victims but don’t know where to ask for help. Thank you for the one who did this petition. God bless !
