Delaying the passage of this bill into law only puts men and women enduring marital stress into grave danger. The kids are also at risk of developing mental disorders and depression.

yes!todivorce to give freedom like me been abandoned by my partner and very irresponsible his obligation to our kids I am a ofw ,I sacrifice the pain of being apart to my kids so that i am able to support their needs and send them to finish thier studies,but my ex are Happy with his another woman...and me can't get my freedom to be happy beacause need to be annulment my marriage and too expensive plus a long years of processing ...hoping to be open mindset on this saating mga mambabatas ...be fair on us.
