Sana lang po kung maaprubahan ng kongreso ang panukalang batas na ito, sana mas mabilis at mas mura ang prosesong ito supported with evidence para it will serve it true purpose in favor of the battered and abused.....para sa kabutihan nila at moral recovery after such a painful experience....kpg nabgyan cla ng tamang hustisya, mas magiging madali ang pagmomove on.
