My case, I have been separated for 24yrs and I suffered a lot because I am not divorce. I prioritize my son’s education rather than filing an annulment. I cannot even apply for a loan in the Philippines since I need an SPA and my ex-husband is leaving in Canada with I dont know what documents he used.

Been estranged for 12 years now and am tied like a prisoner. Can't use my PagIbig, can't get bank approval, can't have good credit because of the bad debt of my ex hubby even before I met him. He kept that he has got another eldest and i was his third wife! He was a big jerk!!!
